  • Can I contact MyHandbook?

    Absolutely! At MyHandbook.com we welcome and encourage our customers to get in touch with us. We always appreciate the feedback we receive from our customers, whether they're letting us know what we're doing right or telling us what we're doing wrong. Please suggest any ways that we might improve our site to make it even easier for you to find the very best in Bible versions and products. You can e-mail us most effectively by using our online e-mail form.

  • How long does an item remain in my Shopping Cart?

    When your browser is open and you are browsing our site, items will reamin in your shopping cart until you close your browser or close the open tab which MyHandbook is open on.

  • How do I change the quantity of my order after I have already placed it in my shopping cart?

    You can view your entire shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart link on the right hand side of the page. Once you are looking at your shopping cart, next to each product you can freely change the quantity to whatever you wish and it will be updated automatically.

  • Are prices guaranteed?

    Yes! All the prices you see on our site are the exact prices you pay. If prices change at any time, we update them right away so you know what you pay from the beginning.

  • What currency is your sites prices based on?

    All of our products available for purchase are charged in U.S. dollars.

  • What exactly is the product of the month?

    The product of the month appears on the right hand side and shows up on every page. This product is a particularly timely or noteworthy product that we're sure our customers will be excited about. It is only available that particular month at that price. The item is always available through the site, but may be at a higher price when not the product of the month.

  • How many products do you carry?

    MyHandbook is a growing site featuring many popular versions of the Bible along with some study Bibles and accessories. Currently MyHandbook has around 30 products, but is continuing to grow!

  • Do you carry audiobooks?

    At the moment MyHandbook does not carry audiobooks, but we hoping to introduce an entire line of audiobook products by the end of the year.

  • How do I know whether or not the products I want are available or not?

    We take great care in letting our customers know when products are available. On each product page you will see the words "In Stock" or "Out of stock" to let you know if that product is available or not. We update the status of each product daily.

  • How do I search for a product online?

    We have a search bar at the top of the site built into every page! Just type in whatever you are searching for and hit the "GO" button and it will search through our entire database and find everything you are looking for.

  • Do you do "price-matching"?

    At MyHandbook, we work very hard to offer our customers the best selection of Christian products at the very best prices. We are confident that our prcies are the lowest that you will find for the quality of the product. However, if you feel otherwise, please feel free to contact us and tell us about it!

  • Do you group products by special interests?

    Yes, as you can see on the main navigation on the left side of the screen we seperate our products into different categories such as Kids Bibles and Study Bibles etc. Although, you can use the search at the top to find any product in our database.

  • If I add an item to my Shopping Cart, will I have to purchase it?

    You can rest assured that by adding an item to your Shopping Cart, you are in no way obligated to buy it. In fact, the Shopping Cart at MyHandbook operates on the same principle as a shopping cart in a retail store. It allows you to collect items that interest you as you shop, but you can always discard them before you check out. You can edit the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart link.

  • Can you still add "Out of Stock" items into your shopping cart?

    Yes. Although it is Out of Stock, you can still put any item into your shopping cart. If the item is Out of Stock it will not be shipped until the item is back In Stock. You will be notified by email if this applies to your order.

  • How can I cancel all or part of an order?

    When viewing your shopping cart, you can delete items individually from your cart by clicking the delete button next to each item. You can do this for one, or all of your items until you have what you want.

  • Who owns MyHandbook.com?

    MyHandbook is privately owned by Chris Kee, it is strictly a project based site to experience how to create an eccommerce site for a college level course. It is not meant to be open to the public for purchases.
